Pokey O’s Cookies & Ice Cream got its start in the Spring of 2006 in Dallas. Since we opened, the Pokey O's Ice Cream Sandwich has become a staple Dallas dessert, and thanks to this community's support, we have grown from a single store on Mockingbird Lane to a number of locations, a fleet of food trucks, and catering teams scattered across Texas.
